Carol was the best! She was very easy to work with and knew more about the Rutherford area than anyone else. My favorite part about Carol is from Day 1 it felt like she wanted to make sure we found the right house for us. It never felt like she was pushing particular houses on us. She just wanted to make sure we ended up in a place where we were happy. And we did in large part thanks to her. I would tell anyone looking in the area that Carol is your best bet!

Carol was the perfect realtor for me. She recognized the emotional difficulties in selling the house where I grew up and did not pressure me to list until I (and the house) was ready. She provided staging advice, recommendations for electricians and other handymen, knowledge of town requirements, empathy, compassion, and constant communication. She even assisted in trying to sell some of the house contents. I am glad I listened to all her advice. The house sold at 95% of the listing price even before it hit the MLS !! Thank you Carol. : - )

Carol is an extremely knowledgeable realtor of the properties that she handles. She helped my family and I sell my fathers property which was a seemless transaction.
